Electrovault Blitz

Spell Description:

Electrovault Blitz defies the conventional limits of movement and energy, granting the caster and any number of willing creatures they can see within range an incredible surge of speed. Upon casting, the affected individuals gain a flying speed of 10,000 feet, moving with such velocity that they do not provoke opportunity attacks.

This spell not only enhances mobility but also cloaks the caster and allies in a potent aura of electrical energy. The first spell or attack made by an affected individual within the spell's duration deals an extra 10d12 lightning damage, fueled by the kinetic energy harnessed during their accelerated movement. This transformation of kinetic to electrical energy culminates in a powerful discharge upon impact.

The significant increase in movement capability requires precise control; thus, maintaining concentration is crucial. The affected individuals can utilize their enhanced speed at any point during the spell's duration, allowing for tactical repositioning or escape. If concentration is broken, the spell ends early.

Note: While this spell offers unmatched mobility and a formidable boost to offensive capabilities, its reliance on the caster's concentration demands strategic consideration. The potential to alter the course of battle with rapid strikes or swift retreats embodies the essence of high-level magical mastery.
