Character Creation Rules

  1. Starting Level: All characters start at Level 0 with no equipment or past memories, but they retain 1 weapon proficiency, 1 armor(ex: light armor or shield) and 1 skill.
  1. Race Selection: Any official D&D race is allowed. Homebrew races are also permitted but must be approved by the Dungeon Master (DM) before play.
  1. Ability Scores: The initial ability scores available are 7, 8, 11, 12, 14, 16. Players may distribute these scores across their character's abilities as they see fit.
  1. Bonus Points: Players receive +4 bonus points. These points can be added either together or separately to any of the ability scores. However, no ability score can exceed 16 after applying these points.
  1. Feats Option: Players can choose to forgo 2 bonus points to gain 1 feat. This option can be taken up to two times, allowing a player to start with a maximum of 2 feats at the cost of all bonus points.
  1. Starting HP: Players start with the HP they would have at level 1 with their class of choice.
